The TENS is a small, portable device provides gentle,
drug-free pain relief by sending soothing electrical impulses to your back, helping to ease the discomfort of contractions. It’s super easy to use and can give you a sense of control and comfort throughout your birth.
The Birth Sling is a specially designed sling to help support and keep you moving through labour. Movement in labour is a fantastic way to work through the sensations of labour and manage pain more effectively.
Whether you're having a home birth or going to the hospital, a TENS machine & Birth Sling can be wonderful additions to your labour bag.
